Returns & Exchanges

At AJ Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging.

  Drop Off the Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the barcode is visible and all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
